Today I went to work! I met with my team at 9:30 and then we went into an office. I took notes, had meetings, made spreadsheets, sent emails, did research. What a lovely day. Also, we spent 40 minutes in line at Freshroll in order to get our lunch. It was great being downtown with all the other working folk. You know, it's still novel, though I've already had enough of herding onto the stairs for transit. I look forward to riding my bike.
Also, I learned why it is that images in Photoshop, on my MacBook Retina display appear at half the size they do in a non-optimized browser or other app. Thanks Adobe for acclimating to my fancy screen. Someone recommended selecting "Open in Low Resolution" in the Get Info dialogue for the Photoshop.app file. I have to disagree with that. Yeah, the image then displays at what we're all used to, and comparably to other apps... but then the whole rest of the interface looks bad.
